We installed a new backup water system for the entire premises.

Water coming into the main line, flows through the two JoJo tanks and then the two pumps pushes water back to the buildings with double the municipal pressure. A non-return valve stops the water from flowing back into the municipal system.

Not only do they have backup water when there is no municipal water, but also proper pressure throughout the premises. Before we installed the pumps, some of the top floor taps did not get any water because of low pressure from the municipality.

The pumps have a pressure regulator tank so that the pumps only run once the system’s pressure drops below a certain level.
